| Art 1 | Within the context of the event named “KoxxDays 08”, KOXX organizes its second Video Kontest. |
| Art 2 | It is open to everyone without any exception. |
| Art 3 | A video montage about trial biking and/or trial monocycling of a maximum length of 4 minutes should be sent before March, 14, 2007 to the following address : Koxx, VidéoKontest, 17 rue des Margats 77120 COULOMMIERS . FRANCE |
| Art 4 | The video should be sent as a CD or DVD, in WMV format or AVI format (xvid or divx + mp3 sound). |
| Art 5 | The eight best videos will be shortlisted by the organizers of KoxxDays 08. This short-listing will be available on the Koxx Internet site (www.koxx.fr) and will determine a temporary Top 8. |
| Art 6 | The course of the contest will be as follows : Thursday, K124 HOUSE PARIS : quarter and semi finals. The videos will be shown two by two and the people on place will vote for the eventual two best videos. Saturday Night : final. After watching the two videos, the audience will give the award of “King of Video 08”. |

| Art 8 | The winner will be awarded a 300€ voucher which he/she will be able to spend during the “KoxxDays 08” event only, on all Koxx, Koxx One, Try All, Yaabaa and 24 articles products. |
| Art 9 | Koxxdays team can eliminate video for ethic reason (chocked pictures) |
| Art 10 | Video online before the videokontest is eliminated |
| By signing these rules, the contestants allow Bike Prod and all the brands of the K-124 group (see Art 8) to use free their videos without any financial compensation.
